The twilled cloth (warp to fill angle--115°-120°) mainly used as the wrapping cloth for all kinds of transmission belts, is the best choice for producing high-quality wedge wrapped V-belts, cutting V-belts and automotive V-ribbed belts.

The angles between weft and warp for ordinary textiles are 90°or so, which provides belts with weak flexibility. However, the angles for the twilled cloth are 120°.The twilled cloth can adapt to the changes of the rubber structure of the conveying belts, that is , show excellent adaptability with belts conveying. The twilled cloth helps provide belts with stronger fiction resistance, less bending fatigue and longer service life even in high speed.
